Refund policy

Our return, refund and exchange policy is simple.

If you are not happy with your purchase, email us at customercare@ororaskin.com within 60 days from shipping date and we will fully refund your purchase (less shipping fees) with no questions asked.

IMPORTANT:

You do not need to ship the products back to us for your refund, however, you will not be able to purchase any more products from us in the future without a manual review to ensure future purchases are not fraudulent.
